Monthly rental fee: R 3 200,00Administration fee (First month only): R 850,00 – we do not have a deposit fee

We have two student residences in Arcadia (Elrica) and in Sunnyside (Sunfield), they are both fully furnished. Bedding/linen, water & electricity, tv lounge and transport to the academy are included.
